Submit the property through the booking form — type, size, occupied or vacant, package and add-ons, and how the media will be used. A scoped quote comes back within one business day. Approve it, pick the shoot window, done.

Licensing, plainly
Every commercial shoot includes a 12-month marketing license covering the listing and leasing effort. Campaign use — an owner’s or agency’s advertising beyond marketing the property itself — is licensed separately at +50%. Renewals and buyouts quoted.
Reschedules & cancellations
Reschedule or cancel with the link in your confirmation email, or call or text (210) 639-7195 — free up to 24 hours before the shoot. Under 24 hours: $75, whether online or by phone. Same-day cancellation or no-show: billed at 50% of the quoted package. Weather on the aerial portion reschedules free. If Craig adjusts your time and it doesn’t work for you, changing it is free.
