Amenities — new shoot$175

Up to 8 HDR photos of the pool, clubhouse, park, gym, tennis courts, and entrance. A separate visit from the listing shoot.

Amenities — aerial upgrade+$99

5–8 drone images of the community: pool layout, park, entrance, overall scale. Only with a new amenity shoot, same visit. Billed in addition to any listing drone photos — it’s a separate location.

Amenities — library delivery$49

Community already in the CraigMac Visuals archive? We deliver the existing edited images, no shoot. Craig confirms availability after you book; if the community isn’t in the archive, it isn’t billed.

Return trip$75

Only if the amenity space isn’t ready on arrival.

Agent responsibility. For new amenity shoots, the agent is responsible for coordinating with the HOA or community management to ensure spaces are clean, furniture is properly arranged, and the area is clear of residents and personal belongings at shoot time. CraigMac Visuals cannot wait on-site for spaces to be vacated or rearranged. A $75 return trip fee applies if the space is not ready upon arrival.

How booking works

Book online in about two minutes: property type, size (priced by the recorded acreage), package, add-ons, then pick a time on the live calendar. Confirmation and invite land instantly; stills are back the next business day.

Travel

Zone 1 (0–45 min from Helotes — SA metro, Boerne, Bulverde, Fair Oaks Ranch, New Braunfels, Schertz): no charge. Zone 2 (46–75 min — Kerrville, Fredericksburg corridor, Seguin, Wimberley): +$75. Zone 3 (76–120 min — Austin metro, Marble Falls, Llano, Uvalde): +$150. Beyond two hours, quoted. Enter the property ZIP at booking and travel is added automatically.

Reschedules, cancellations & weather

Reschedule or cancel with the link in your confirmation email, or call or text (210) 639-7195 — free up to 24 hours before the shoot. Under 24 hours: $75, whether online or by phone. Same-day cancellation or no-show: billed at 50% of the package. Weather on the drone portion: rescheduled free — Texas skies get a vote. If Craig adjusts your time and it doesn’t work for you, changing it is free.

Our editing disclosure policy

Sky and grass corrections are standard MLS-compliant enhancements. We never add features, hide defects, or generate landscaping, and every boundary overlay is labeled as a marketing aid, not a survey. Any altered image is delivered next to the untouched original.
