What every ranch shoot needs.

Parcel map, required

A parcel or plat map at booking — it plans the flight and keeps boundary overlays honest. Overlays are marketing aids, not a survey, and every delivered file says so.

Ranch transport

You provide transportation on the property — UTV, truck, or ranch vehicle. It’s how the back pasture, the far tank, and the fence line get covered properly.

Scheduling & weather

Large ranches are scheduled to the light — morning or evening golden hour, not midday glare. Weather on the aerial portion reschedules free.

Reschedules & cancellations

Reschedule or cancel with the link in your confirmation email, or call or text (210) 639-7195 — free up to 24 hours before the shoot. Under 24 hours: $75, whether online or by phone. Same-day cancellation or no-show: billed at 50% of the package. If Craig adjusts your time and it doesn’t work for you, changing it is free.

Travel

Zone 1 (0–45 min from Helotes): no charge. Zone 2 (46–75 min): +$75. Zone 3 (76–120 min): +$150. Beyond two hours, it’s in the quote. Include a ZIP in the property location and the zone is priced into your quote.
